Default 2001 Yami 115 4 strk, TPS Voltage/ Thrtl valve opening

I have 2 115's on Mako, starboard shows TPS voltage out of spec according to manual, also the Throttle valve opening is negative(-0.6 deg) which shows in red at Laptop diagnostic system, I just replaced both engine control cables and plan to start and adjust the set screws, doubt is weather to loosen the TPS sensor and adjust, or adjust throttle opening set screw until display shows positive?...

Background info on motor; Runs great at RPM cruise settings, arriving at spot reducing power , starboard engine stalls when it reaches neutral/idle rpm's,..

Any suggestions appreciated.

Best to do synchronization first and then adjust TPS. With throttle plates completely closed(make sure they are closed) the TPS voltage should be 0.732 plus or minus .014 volts between pink and black wire of TPS. Idle speed is 750 rpm's.
