704 Control box help

Hey Great guys,

Ive gotten everything for my 90hp. The only thing wrong is that my 704 box wont shift the gear. Only the throttle cable would move.
Ive open it up and cleaned. Still doesnt move. Any advice on what to do and if theres a schematics Just to make sure Ive reassymbled it back correctly. Thanks alot.

Check the button in middle of handle for warm up throttle, it may be stuck in and not letting the shifter engage
