    Anyone else out there have issues with the Customer Service at Yamaha? My experience has been really bad. Seems like they have an attitude that the customer is simply an annoyance. Why don't they allow e-mail, fax or direct tech phone conversations. Those of us with engine issues need help.

    The way the system is set up does not respond to the guy who has paid to buy what is promised to be a dependable engine that has a good warranty.

    Anyone know who really is in charge of this at Yamaha. I called the GA service center and, after the service rep insulted me I tried to speak with the supervior. They would only tell me his name was "john" (we don't give out last names sir! Why not?) anyhow he never called me back.

    If you have had any experience, good or bad, let me know. I want this company to hear all of us.
