Yamaha 200 hp enduro rough idle, does not go over 3500rpm

I have an enduro 200 hp yamaha around a 1998 that is idling rough and will not open up. The boat sank in fresh water about 4 months ago and we were able to get the boat up and running right away, however the engine has not run properly since then. The boat is located in Guatemala and our Mechanic says it is the Computer. the problem is that we cannot find the computer anywhere. I am told that the yamaha is not a US model so we should get the parts overseas however the Guatemalan Yamaha dealer uses US Models, we sent emails to Yamaha for South America but have gotten no responses. Does any one have any ideas. I have a picture of the computer to email if anyone can match it. The C# is 6G6-006z18

I dont have any information on Enduro engines, but if you can get me the part number of CDI and any parts needed I will see if I can locate them.
