Enduro 60 Lower Unit

Having trouble getting lower unit apart. Have foot off with both shafts still intact. Is there a secret to getting the gears out of the foot? Which comes out first, the long drive shaft, or the prop shaft? I have the forward-reverse shaft already out.
I'd also like to know the year, its a 60 HP 3 cyl. engine....6K5 or GK5 L 500982

We don't have any information on Enduro Motors. I'am not sure what shift system they use, The norm is to pull the shift shaft then prop shaft, pinion nut and pinion gear then drive shaft
