98 250 efi nto firing on all 6

My buddy just got back from the keys last weekend and he said one of his engines quit running. We checked the compression it was good and found that the starboard engine on the starboard bank was not firing at all. All 3 starboard cylinders has no spark, Any ideas? Thanks

Try swapping the CDI box from the other motor and see if that cures it. If an entire bank is dead I can only think the CDI is at fault, but I could be wrong. At least you have the other motor to swap parts with.
