  • Oil line placement for '97 200 carbed?

I replaced the oil pumps on my '97 200's. The diagram is fairly vague on the proper placement of the lines from the pump nipples to the individual cylinders. Since my experience with earlier models shows a specific order of placement, I am anxious to get this order correct. The engines were worked on before I aquired them and the order differs from one to the other, so I have nothing to go on.

That is the specified placement for '95 and earlier models. '96 and later model route lines
2,5,6 to the left side and 1,3,4 to the right side of the pump. This leads me to believe that there is a different placement for these later models. I am waiting for my shop manual to arrive and hopefullly it will give me a good diagram. Thank you for your help.
