f25y tilt and trim fill hole

trim motor running badly on raising, starting out by adding fluid to see if it fixes the issue. I have 2 spots that may be the fill hole. One is a flathead screw and the other is slightly higher, a nut maybe 14mm. Any assistance would help

And yes I am using my manual, but I do not have the diagrams you sent in my manual.
