replace 90HP Mercury 2 stroke to 115 Yamaha 4 stroke

I’m hoping to replace a 90HP Mecury 2 stroke with a 115HP 4 stroke Yamaha on a 22ft Tracker Party Barge. Can someone tell me what other items I’ll need to make the switch i.e, controls, cables, etc?

Could be as simple as a 703 control box with integrated key switch/kill switch and ten pin harness or could be more involved with a standalone 704 control box, separate key switch, separate ten pin harness, with any number of various gauges, together with the wire harness'es needed for those gauges.
