  • Another water pressure Question

I didn't want to Highjack EZ-A/C-MIAMI Thread, So here is my Question. To recap my Engine had 89 hours on it when I purchased it in November. Not knowing the Maint. History of the engine I did the 100 hr service on it, plugs, oil change, water pump, thermostat, bypass rubber and gasket.

I notice before doing all this that the pilot did not have water coming out of it right away after starting the engine and I would have to Rev up the rpms to get the water going.
Yesterday was the first time I had a chance to put the boat in the water since before Christmas and it still does the same thing, slow to get water to the pilot
I added a water pressure gauge while doing the engine PM and yesterday while going I would have between 15 and 20 psi but it would drop to zero for awhile then back up, but the the pilot would still have water flow,,, oh this was at about 3500~4000 rpm
Now the current water temp here is 65°F

So I guess my question is this normal or should I look for a problem
