    No idle air control valve. The electronic throttle valve does what the IAC valve does.

      I was having an occasional high idle (when hot) and found out at 2001, some (4 Runner) had them, some didn't (they were changing over).

      Mine didn't have an IAC control to clean / replace..

      Did a shock treatment of Ring Free, (nothing else) in the truck which FIXED the hot, high idle...
