Boscoe revived my interest in the newest Yamaha "gauge option" - the CL7 -
which is a re-badged Garmin 7607xsv with some extra hardware/software.
My primary curiosity has been the wiring to the Yamaha(s), since the backside of the plain 7607xsv is already full:
How is the unit connected to the "Command Link Plus bus"?
Today I stumbled across the CL7 "Installation Instructions" and found the answer:
The "Furukawa connector" is of course the classic Command Link 4-pin plug -
but this is the first time I have seen a Yamaha document identify it as such.
