  • 115 yamaha alarm

Well its been a few weeks i have changed the water pump .And the pressure valve.Spark Plugs. And i also changed the thermostats. It still runs fine up to 3500 RPM's.But if you bring it up to 4000RPM's the alarm come on it will still run but i shut it down for 5 seconds and the alarm is off.Blows my mind what should i do next?It doesn't have a temp gauge. If you have any thoughts i open for coments.Thank you

Did you see what Rodbolt17 wrote on your other thread?
have you checked the temp switches to make sure they are in spec?

"if its not a low oil level or battery alarm its gotta be an overtemp.
could be a hotspot on the head, lean burn or a failing thermoswitch. "

Are you sure it is not low oil level or low voltage?
Have you measured temp when alarm is going off?

If it is an overtemp alarm, then maybe hotspot caused by restriction in cooling passage if switches are in spec
