Crankshaft Lower oil seal replacement

Hi I have a 2000 yamaha 150hp saltwater series outboard
2 stroke. I need to replace the crankshaft lower seal. I also
have a repair manual but it not clear on how to replace it.
Do I have to split the block to replace the seal. Acording
to the part diagram it look like there a seal housing and 2
oil seal . Can I just remove the 4 bolt that hold the house in
place. Pull the housing and replace the 1 o-ring and 2 oil seal.
Or I have to split the power head to remove the seal housing?
Any info on how to replace the crankshaft lower seal would be great.

it is possible just by pulling the lower bearing housing.
be careful with the oring on reassembly.
