trim question

Hi guys, new on site. I have a 1998 yamaha 90 2 stroke. One of my trim cylinders is leaking around the dust cap. I ordered new dust cap and o rings and also new cylinder cap. Looking at new cylinder cap, it appears the dust cap is all that's holding oil in cylinder. I haven't taken the old one off yet, but is there a seal I'm missing maybe?

on that design there isnt supposed to be fluid pressue between the cap and the trim ram.
its not only your dust seal its a leaking trim ram seal.
carefully inspect the bores for scuffing.
