93 Pro 60 Question

I have 1993 Pro 60 and it has a rough idle and sometimes stalls when I start it. Once I get it up on plane it has no issue. Any thoughts?
Also are there diagnostic software for this year and model that I can diagnose the engine with?

test compression, spark, and timing.

Then pull and clean carbs and adjust as service manual says
