water pump replacement for F9.9 MSHA

Looks like my water pump failed after 2 years. Since all the dealers say it will be at least 3 weeks before they can get to it, is this something a "reasonably" mechanically inclined person can do?

Anything special I need to be aware of or watch out for?

You can get a service manual and it will tell you how to replace the water pump

these water pumps are extremely easy to change...once you have the impeller..it is mearley about 40-45 minutes to change it out.
