Motor bogging after reinstall

I have a 2000 100 hp. four stroke,after some repair on the boat had the engine put back on the boat ,took it out to check for leaks on the boat ,and now the engine idles fine in neutral and in gear .But when I get to mid speed on the boat it shudders and shuts down then it will start right up again ,and does it every time I build speed.Had no problems with this motor prior to that reinstall.Does something need adjustment ?Thanks for any insight.

Monitor voltages and fuel pressures to see what is going on, as motor should not shut down.

Loosing spark or fuel pressure are my thoughts
