I have a 1999 Yamaha 130. Runs great, won't shut off. Replaced ignition switch, cleaned all grounds. Won't shut off 50% of the time, no pattern I can figure out. Still runs when you pull kill switch.
Probably a bad wiring harness the white wire inside main wire harness (between engine and ign. switch)is probably broke into. You may notice if you turn steering wheel back and forth the engine will shut off or move harness around. Test white wir in harness with Ohm Meter
