Hi I Have a pair of 1988 yamaha 150 Hp, How many turns should the air screws be turned open on my carbs ?

Well, since no one else has answered your post, I will put in my two cents worth.
I checked the manual on my 115, and depending on the model type, the idle speed jet adjustment varies from 7/8 turn out to 1&1/4. If I were you, I would get myself the Yamaha shop manual for my particular model - if you are going to be doing any of the maintenance yourself, it will pay for itstelf many times over.
